Welcome

Immanuel Lutheran Church is conservative, confessional, and evangelical.
* Conservative - We believe the Bible is the Word of God without error and the "only judge, rule and norm according to which as the only touchstone all doctrines should and must be understood and judged as good or evil, right or wrong" (Formula of Concord: Epitome, Rule and Norm).
* Confessional - We believe the Apostolic, Nicene, and Athanasian Creeds; the unaltered Augsburg Confession; and Martin Luther's Small Catechism are true summaries of the Word of God.
* Evangelical - We believe God chooses us to be in fellowship with Him and made us His best friends again when Jesus died the death we deserve because of our sin and forgave our sin because of His love, mercy, and grace. We believe God gives us the gift of faith through the Means of Grace. We believe salvation is ours when we by faith trust God's promises of forgiveness and life.
